Hello Alex!

I am trying to get a Page tab setup. I have my app setup, and my page tab (Win Breakfast) info set correctly on the app page (no errors in JFBC) - I have made a page here that I have set as my Page Tab URL

My secure server is setup and running properly, so I have the https version in the Secure Page URL field.

When I add the tab to my FB page (www.facebook.com/997theblitz), the tab shows up as planned. I am the admin, so I dont know if the reveal page is working or not, however that is not my problem. when I click on the tab... it looks as though FB tries to load my page but I am getting a bunch of FB errors

FBML Error (line 51): illegal tag "body" under "fb:tab-position"

Runtime errors:

HTML error while rendering tag "link": There is a hard limit of 2 css link tags on profile tabs in order to remain under the IE 31 tag limit.

Cannot allow external script


I am using a "blank" template... So itried just using the standard template, same (just more) errors. It is definitely trying to load the page I set though.

Then I tried to scale it back and just tried to load the homepage... same result. (just way more errors - of the same type)

Seems FB is not liking my joomla pages... What could I be doing wrong?

The issues you're having are likely from not having the proper migration settings setup in your FB application. Check out the following page:
www.sourcecoast.com/jfbconnect/docs/facebook-page-canvas-setup
Specifically, the "Required Application Configuration" which state the following settings:
signed_request for Canvas: - Enabled
iFrame Page Tab - Enabled
Develop Using Deprecated FBML Canvas - Disabled <--- This is likely the problem setting.

As for the reveal page, in the left hand column, you can "Unlike" a page.. or you can simply log out and view the page, and you 'should' see the Reveal page :D

I could not find

Develop Using Deprecated FBML Canvas - Disabled

but either way - it worked. Reveal page and all. Thank You.

Yeah, not all migration settings show.. it depends on when your app was created. After I posted, I realized I actually called out the wrong setting (it was the iFrame one), but I knew you'd figure it out either way!

Glad to hear we got you going, but as always, should you need anything else, just let us know!
