Hi,
I have just installed JFBconnect, and have 2 questions- I enabled the module- JFBCComments and its parameters in the joomla module manager AND in the JFBC component --->social
> Content-plug in comments.I set "Show in Article View:" to- bottom.
Two questions-
1. My site doesn't show me comments boxes beneath every article. it doesn't show the comments boxes at all. why? or where should I configure it?
2. I inserted "JFBCComments" plug-in into an article. The comment box's design that is shown is not what I configured (light theme instead of dark, to wide- too high- leaves an empty space beneath the box- where is height is configured??)- not in the module manager nor the content-plugin comments. So where doe's it take its parameters from??
Would appreciate your assistance !

1) Not sure why it's not showing. Can you link to a page that it should be showing on so we can see what's happening? If it's a K2 article, also make sure that you're configuring the comment box in the right tab (K2 Comments vs Comments).
2) I'm not sure how you're inserting it. If you're using the JFBCComments module, the settings come from the parameters of the module itself. If you're using the {JFBCComments} tag, you need to include the parameters in the tag itself. If you're using the Content Plugin, those parameters are configured in the Social Configuration area, which I think you already found.

Hope that makes sense and explains, but just let us know where you need more help, and we'll do what we can,
Alex

1) Not sure how CB is related. Can you explain what you meant? The Content plugin won't load the comment box into a user's profile, only into Joomla articles or K2 content. Hopefully it's displaying for you now, since I see it in your 2nd question. If not, again, please let us know a URL so that we can see what's actually being loaded on the page.

2) The height is actually a problem with Facebook's implementation of the Comments box in general. That space is reserved for actual comments, and will grow as more are entered. However, when no comments are entered, there is always room underneath the box for 1 comment to display from the current user, if they add one. It's a bug that's been reported to Facebook many times, but not something we can easily fix in JFBConnect.
