Unfortunately, there isn't any way to fix this. We use a content plugin to insert the social buttons and comments at the top or bottom of the article. Basically, K2 or Joomla hands us the contents of the article, and we pre-pend or append the widgets to what we're handed. The read more link is added by the content components themselves, after all content plugins have fires, and so we have no control over the order of insertion of our widgets vs the read more link.
It's something we've heard a request for before, and something we plan to really investigate even possibly complex fixes for, but for now, it's simply not possible. You may be able to use some CSS to re-arrange things, but beyond that, I don't have any good suggestions.
