Gotcha. There's 2 possible causes on the page. The first is definitely an issue:
1) Something on your page is loading the old, old Facebook Javascript library. It looks to be whatever's in the Facebook tab next to the Login tab on the right-hand side. This old library is completely incompatible with Facebook's new Javascript library, which JFBConnect uses. Please disable whatever is in that module that's loading that library, and try again.
2) If that doesn't work, please try disabling the Share On Facebook text at the top. I don't believe this is the issue, but something else to test.

Hope that helps get you going!
Alex

I disabled both of the plugins and now it is working fine but how do I change the position of it.Right now it is at the top of the page and thought it would be better after the article.

I disabled my other FB modle that showed friends of us, I really liked it - how can I get that feature with JFB connect?

To change the position, in the Social configuration area in the JFBConnect admin section, click on the Content Plugin - Comments tab. In there, you can specify if the comments box should show up above or below the article.

As for the friends thing, I didn't see exactly what you were using on your page, but either the JFBCFan module (which lets you show friends of your Facebook page) or the JFBCFan module (which lets you show friends of the current user who have logged into the site) may be what you're looking for. If not, let me know the module you were using (or some other description), and a suitable replacement is likely part of the JFBConnect package.

Thanks,
Alex

We are making progress here....I got the fan module to work but it does not show the faces of fans - just the latest comments

I think the problem is the box your trying to put that module into is simply not tall enough. Even if you tell Facebook to show everything, if it's too small, it will just chop the bottom half off (which is where the faces show). To test, I'd recommend trying the JFBCFan module in the sidebar and not in that tabber module. That should let it expand as much as necessary. If that works, then you'll need to determine how to 'grow' the tabber module you're using.

Hope that helps. We're almost there!

We just did some testing actually, and noticed that if we specify a height parameter for the JFBCFan module or tag, that the faces do not show. We're not sure if this is a bug with Facebook or our module yet (we're leaning toward Facebook right now), but you may want to try removing the height parameter from the tag, if that's what you're using or leave the heigh parameter blank in the module.

Nope.. not necessarily a bug with Facebook.. just a minimum height requirement. According to developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/

height - the height of the plugin in pixels. The default height varies based on number of faces to display, and whether the stream is displayed. With the stream displayed, and 10 faces the default height is 556px. With no faces, and no stream the default height is 63px.

So, if you want the stream showing and header showing, from our tests, it looks like you need to set a minimum height of 556px.

The pop-up appearing and closing is likely normal behavior, if you're being logged in. Basically, that pop-up is Facebook asking for credentials. If you are already logged into Facebook in another tab, this pop-up will quickly detect that you're logged in, and just get rid of itself and should redirect you back to your Joomla site and properly log you in. There's no way to completely get rid of it though.

If you aren't being logged in, and/or you aren't already logged into Facebook, then yes, that's incorrect.

As always, hope this helps, but let us know if you need anything else!

That makes sense but I would think if I was signed in with FB it would show my FB pic to let me know I am signed in with FB.
