The support has been in our forum for over a year, and it's been a good way for people to find answers on their own, as well as see our response times. The overwhelming amount of feedback we've gotten about using a forum is that user's like it, as long as we remain responsive.. which we are.

As for your issue, can you provide your URL so we can see what's happening?
