Hmm.. That's not right, and never heard of that. If you set the "Show Title" parameter to "No" in the module, does one, or both, go away? Not really sure of any other good suggestions.. if you could, send a link to the page this is occurring on.. seeing the HTML may help us determine where the other title is coming from.

Thanks!

That is crazy, and I really don't know why that's happening. A few more questions to hopefully narrow it down:
1) I'm assuming this doesn't happen with other, non-JFBConnect modules?
2) Can you try enabling the title in the Fan module at the bottom of the page and see if you get the duplicate title there? That will help us figure out if it's somehow JFBC specific
3) Do you know if you created any sort of template override for the JFBClogin module? If you don't know what I'm talking about, that's fine.
4) Can you try switching the template (temporarily) for the site and see if it still occurs with a different one?

If none of this helps, and you want us to investigate on site, feel free to send us a set of super admin credentials and we can investigate further. If that won't work, no problem, we'll do what we can to help on the forums!

Thanks,
Alex

No it doesn't happen with any other module other than the Login module. JFB or otherwise.
I have not done any template over rides (well not on purpose anyways .. lol
I have switch templates and it still does it ...

I can set up a Super Admin for you to check out the backend.

Doug,
I received an email with credentials to log in, however, I can't access the administrator area of the site. Can you Private Message me or email me details of how to get in to the admin section? Email is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Thanks, and very curious to know what's going on!

Opps. I have secure live on there. I will send you the admin link. I just put on Debugging mode. And have these errors. Maybe they are part of the problem.

Doug,
RocketTheme templates can confuse the heck out of me. I got your double title thing fixed, but you can let me know if it makes sense. Basically, the title was appearing twice because the same module was being shown in the Members drop-down menu and in the sidebar. To fix, I:
* Copied the Member Login module you had originally
* Re-positioned the 'original' Member Login module to the "members_drop_down" position, which doesn't really exist, but that allows me to publish it without it appearing in the template normally.
* Enabled the Copied module

This way, both modules (member drop-down and sidebar) were separate instances. That seemed to fix it, but please test. I also thing the JFBCLogin module in the 'members_drop_down' position should be set to show on "All" menu items, otherwise, that drop-down, on some pages may be blank. I'll let you decide to do that though.

Also, while in there, I noticed you had the MyAPI System plugin enabled. I disabled this as it shouldn't be necessary, and may conflict with JFBConnect down the road.

As for the warnings you're getting, what page are you getting that on, and is it on a Joomla Content page, or a K2 (or other) type of page?

Whew... Hope this all helps, and good luck!
Alex

The content is Joomla. I use the JCE Editor. I have the website set to show debugging mode when Admins are logged in. You'll be able to see the errors.

I am also have a problem logging in or out with IE 9. I have discovered I can log in (www prefix removed) but not when (www) is present. All other browsers are fine.

Thanks
Doug
