You can change the actual text in the language file, which should be at /languages/en_gb/en_gb-com_jfbconnect.ini

That can help you reduce the length of the text, if you'd like. In the 3.2 release, we'll also have additional tags to let you use an even smaller (or larger) button if you want. If you need that ability right now, let us know and we can tell you how to manually change the size.
