Not able to logout after installing jfbconnect

I observed that after installing jfbconnect, if i publish cb login module instead of jfblogin. I am not able to logout of frontend of my website.

Here are my settings -
New User Redirection: Set the page to redirect a new Facebook to after the first time they've connected and a new Joomla user is created for them. This is useful for sending them to a one-time "Welcome" page.
Enable Returning User Redirection: Yes
No Yes: The login redirection menu item set below will be used
No: After logging in, they will remain on the same page (setting below will be ignored)
Returning User Redirection: Redirection page for returning users logging in via Facebook.
Facebook Login Settings
Auto Login Facebook Users Yes

Yes: If a user returns to your site who is already logged into Facebook AND is already a member of your site with a valid user-mapping, log them in automatically.
No: A user must always log into your site, regardless of whether they're already logged into their mapped Facebook account.
Log Out Of Joomla Only Yes

Yes:The user will be logged out of Joomla only when the Logout button is pressed.
No:The user will be logged out of Joomla AND Facebook when the Logout button is pressed.
NOTE: Setting both "Auto Login Facebook Users" and "Log Out Of Joomla Only" to Yes will prevent users from logging out.
(When they log out of Joomla, the next page load will detect their Facebook status and log them back in)
Facebook Logout Redirection Settings
Enable Logout Redirection: Yes
No Yes: The logout redirection menu item set below will be used
No: After logging out, the user will remain on the same page (setting below will be ignored)
Logout Redirection: Redirection page for users logging out of your site, when using the JFBConnect logout button.

But some how i got this resolved. this is very scary scenario.

i was never logging in users automatically so we still dont know the reason.
