We are unable to fetch profile from facebook

In this case, I think we'd need to get into the admin area of your site to see and understand how you have JFBConnect and Community Builder configured. If you can, please Private Message us a super admin account. You can PM us by clicking the arrow under my name (<----) and clicking the mail icon.

Usually, issues can be diagnosed very quickly once we have access. If you can't give us access, we can try to work through more issues on the forums, but that may take a while to narrow down the problem. Please let us know what you'd prefer.

I checked your configuration in the admin area, and everything seemed good. Then, I tested registering using JFBConnect, and my full profile and avatar were imported. You can see my profile at:

I didn't modify it at all from what was imported from Facebook.

Can you try registering again and seeing if it still doesn't work? When you use JFBConnect, make sure you're using the 'right' side of the Login/Register form, which will actually create the user's account. If you're using the left side, that will 'connect' the user's Facebook account to an existing Joomla user. In that case, we don't create the Community Builder user as we assume that's already been properly created.

Please let us know what you find, and if it's still not working, please give us step-by-step instructions of what you're doing so we can try to recreate the issue better.
