where has facebook.com/developers gone? cant create facebook app

I'm not sure what that 2nd page is. I've never seen it, and can't really speak for what it can, or can't, do for you. So, let's focus on the main developer page. For us, from a few different accounts, the site is working and responding just fine.

The fact that it mentions "Developer" usually means your account, not the developer site itself. I'd suggest trying to go to that site when logged in as a different Facebook user to see if the page loads properly for you. If so, and I think it will, you may need to contact Facebook about why your account is being restricted from the developer site. There's not much we can do.

If it still doesn't work with other accounts, you can try another computer. Unfortunately, that's an issue on Facebook's end. Please let us know if you find out anything though, we'd love to know your resolution.
