We try not to publish our dates to specifically, because we've missed them in the past. Unfortunately, 3.1 is late. We wanted it out last month, but we're shooting for the end of this month now.
I'm not sure how this relates to JomSocial 2.0 though, as JFBConnect 3.0 works with JS 2.0. If you're having issues with that combination, let us know, and we'll help you figure it out.
