For only setting comments in one article, we'd recommend either the Comments module where you set the Unique ID parameter to something 'unique' to any other comment modules you may configure.
Alternatively, you can use the {} tag at the bottom of that article when editing it. Just, as the last line (assuming you want comments at the bottom), insert the {} tag with a unique xid. Like so:
{ JFBCComments xid=12345} (no space between { and JFBCComments
