Blank Page each time after Login & Logout with IE

Hmmm.. that's definitely strange. I'd have to ask for a link to your site to try and see what's going on ourself. Obviously, the behavior you describe is not correct.

The fatal error you posted was from AceSEF trying to create a duplicate SEF URL for JFBConnect. My suggestion was to try disabling AceSEF support for JFBConnect. Hope this helps you, or others. If you run into other issues, we'll be much more prompt to respond.
