I thougth this was related to a 3rd party plugin, but now i know it's not...

Hi, we just bought JFBCconnect to manage login, comments, share and like options.
Everything is setup and working but we are having some trouble as i'm using a 3rd party plugin and articles to present audio files in a "podcast like" way, this plugin is called "MP3 Browser plugin" ( bit.ly/C5uJy ). JFBCsocial plugins Share, Comments and Like works in my homepage ( bit.ly/bAbnM7 ) but only JFBCShare shows on the podcast page ( bit.ly/cyShrO ) and i have the same setup for both articles with the difference that one is only text and the other one a plugin reference and both are place in the same table for layout.
i'm lost and maybe a quick look by the support staff can help us.
- Both plugins are absolutely up-to-date

- If i set up the JFBClike Module in an inset position next to the article content where mp3 browser plugin is inserted, both, JFBCLike plugin and the JFBClike module shows, but i only want the plugin to show and this disappear as soon as i unpublish the JFBCLike module.
Regards.

i just added this code to one article linked in the main menu:

Edited as i continue to figure out what's wrong by myself... Is this is prioritized support or i'm in the wrong forum?

Sorry for the delayed response. This is the support area, but yesterday we dropped the ball a little as we got caught up in some other development activities.

The problem most likely revolves around the Share widget in general. There's been a few other posts about this, and I'm linking to the most relevant. Basically, Facebook is abandoning the "Share" button, and are suggesting to use the Like button instead. In a recent Developer Update (where the upgrade their Javascript that's included on your page), they introduced an incompatibility between the Share button and their other widgets. The incompatibility makes either the Share module show and others not too, or the opposite.

It does not affect all pages, but it is a common issue. Facebook has not responded to multiple requests as to whether they're going to fix the problem or not. Our next release of JFBConnect will have additional features to make the Like button behave more closely to how the Share button works. That's about the only solution we can provide, as we don't have the ability to modify Facebook's Javascript code.

Hope this helps, but I understand this isn't the best answer.

Still not working for me..

Just changed the article content to include only JFBCComments and the facebook comments box it's not showing.
<p>{ JFBCComments}</p>

Those paragraph tags are inserted by the WYSIWYG editor..

I think the paragraph tags are ok. We had a similar issue for a user just recently and upgraded the JFBCSocial plugin with a fix (yesterday). Please download v3.0.2 of the plugin, install it, and see if that fixes your problem.

Thanks!
