Email as Username was created by volantis
We are in the process of adding JFBConnect to our site. We use community builder and use email/password combination to login, not a username.

I saw a thread from about a month ago saying this functionality would be released soon, but haven't seen an update on it. Is there any update on this, as it is a top priority for our site. thanks for the great work.

No there isn't. I don't remember that request from a month ago, but we just got the same request about 20 minutes ago in another post. I'll refer you to the answer there.

I know you were talking about importing non-text fields and it seems like being able to import the FB email to the Joomla email would be the ideal solution, but I have no idea how difficult that would be. Let me know if you have any ideas for a temporary workaround, but please add this as a feature request.
