We are experiencing the same several persistant, continual problems with our JFBConnect modules - Recommendation, Activity and Invite modules displaying incorrect info or not connecting with the rest of the site.
1. recommendation and activity modules - Please see screenshot #1 attached. Image is wrong.

2. Login on recommendation and activity modules gives error when clicked. Does not connect with the rest of the site.

3. Invite module does not load content. it is like these modules are not connected with the rest.
4. When trying to upgrade to the latest version I get an error. Please attempt and help us resolve this IMMEDIATELY.

You have tested it before and said all worked properly on September 24. We switched hosts to try to fix the problem, with no luck. We have to go live tomorrow and cannot use this product if it will not work properly. Please call us with any issues or if it seems to work on your end, as it does not work on 10 computers we have tested it on. Thanks for your support but we have to make this function like it does on your site or it si no good to us. Thanks again.

You're still running on JFBConnect 3.0RC2. I'd highly, highly recommend upgrading to the newest release. I mentioned this in previous posts, when 3.0 was available. The newest release is 3.0.2 which has multiple more bugfixes.

Additionally, the newest release has an additional system plugin which corrects many of the missing module problems that some users have been experiencing, especially on IE.

Please upgrade. It's a one-click installation to move to the new component (you don't have to uninstall the previous version) and enable the system plugin. If you're still having issues, we're here to help.

Also just investigated where the image is coming from for those modules.

When a user 'Likes' a page, Facebook then goes to that page to try to retrieve some information about it (title, description, image) to display in the user's profile who Liked it. Your site is completely blocked from Facebook searching your site since you require login to view every page. Because of that, it's always seeing the login page, and picking the image that it thinks best represents that page. That happens to be the US Airforce logo.

Since multiple people have shared, presumably, multiple 'internal' pages.. Facebook then keeps getting redirected to the home page and thinks that page is very popular. That's why that's the recommended page and all of your activity.. it's the most popular page.

Unfortunately, there's not much of a way around this unless you want to open up your site to not require logging in.

If you look at our Social modules page, you'll see those icons next to multiple items. They are the images that Facebook is associating with the pages that are Liked. Hope this all makes sense

In the next release of JFBConnect, we'll be adding some tags which let you 'suggest' to Facebook what the title, description and image should be for the Likes. This will not fix your issue of Facebook only seeing the same page constantly.

Did you read my post fully? #4 of my original post said I get an error when i attempt to upgrade. We paid for this support and you are just stringing us along and not helping. Your software, JFBConnect, has too many bugs and problems that our paid support is not helping us fix. HOW DO YOU RECOMMEND WE UPGRADE IF WE CAN'T GET PAST THE ERROR? I can provide new backend details so that you may go in and correct this for us. I will PM our info to you so that you may see the error message and help us figure out why it won't work.

I missed that point in your original post, and for that I apologize. I'm truly sorry if you feel we are 'stringing' you along. After responding to your post from September 24th, I haven't heard from you since. It's unfortunate that you're still having issues, but we've been very proactive in helping you. Until yesterday, we had no idea that you were still having problems, and since then, I responded to every issue except for #4, which I honestly did not see.

I just logged into the admin area of your site, and noticed that 3.0.2 is now installed on there. Is there still an issue with the installation, and if so, what error were/are you seeing? Now I'm pretty confused.

Finally, when I logged in, I noticed the following red error in the JFBConnect overview page:
Connect URL: bravozulunetwork.com/index.php?
WARNING: POSSIBLE MISCONFIGURATION
We suggest updating your Connect URL to: bravozulunetwork.com/
You can do this by visiting: Facebook Developers
Select your application->Edit Settings->Connect URL in the Connect section

I would suggest using that information and updating your Facebook application to the suggestion above, as that should help with some of the login issues you mention.

Please let me know if you continue to have issues. I believe all questions are answered here, and like I said, I'm unsure about the installation problem since the component is reporting that you are now upgraded. Please feel free to let us know if something else is wrong, and we will get back to you as soon as possible, as we always try to do.

Thanks,
Alex

I have successfully upgraded to 3.0.2, however it did not resolve the issue of the invite module and now friends module not loading content, even after connecting through Facebook. And for the last 20 minutes have been getting an error when trying to connect to facebbook?? What else can I provide you to get this resoved today, as this does not make sense that on 3 of our employees computers sometimes things work and sometimes they don't? Very confusing.. Please advise Thanks!

If you can, please try to be specific about what you're seeing. When you say "Getting an error", it's extremely hard to provide any feedback or suggestions on how to figure that out.
* Most importantly, what is the actual error message that you're seeing?
* Is this a 'new' user, or a returning user that you're trying to log in with Facebook?
* If you try with a different Facebook account, do you see the same error?
* Are you already logged into Facebook in another tab, or are you logging in through the popup?
* What browser are you seeing this happen in? Can you try a different browser?

I just tried to log in, and below is a screenshot of my page. I used IE8, as that looks like what you're using above. I refreshed the page multiple times and each time, the modules loaded. Please help me diagnose your issues with any more detailed information you can provide outside of "it doesn't work". We want to get you set up.
