Hello,
We are experiencing several technical issues with this:
1. The Jfbc recommendation, live stream, and jfbc invites are not properly working.
2. Invite module, when enabled, causes errors throughout the site and the site disappears.
3. When users connect once, they do not remain connected throughout their visit on our site. As they click through pages, they somehow seem to be disconnected from facebook. We need this to remember users after they connect once; after the initial connection is made, users should automatically be connected when they login in to our site.(isn't this how it should work?)
4. Also, when logged in for a bit or if I'm idle, a jom social error message on a white acreen shows when I navigate to a new page.

We have worked with Alzander on previous issues and he has our site details for you to check this issue out. We so appreciate your help getting us up and running smoothly.

Sonya,
I cant login to the admin area of the site (says my account is blocked, which is good since you should leave super admin account enabled). I'll answer what I can here.

1) How aren't they working? I can't log into the front-end, so I can't see them not working right now.
* One thing that I think I noticed is that the JFBCSocial plugin is not installed. The social modules all depend on this plugin. Please download it, install it, and enable it. Hopefully that will clear some things up. If I'm incorrect in my sleuthing and it is installed, disregard this.
2) The Invite module you have installed is 2.6.0. Please install the 3.0 version from the download area and that should fix your issues.
3) I'll need my account re-enabled. The only reasoning I can think of for this occuring is if you switch between domains on the site (intentionally or accidentally). This could be from a hard-coded link going from www.domain.com to domain.com. In this case, the cookie that Facebook has set for the user information would work on the 'original' domain, but their cookie may not work across all subdomains. Hopefully this makes sense, and if you can look for this happening, it'd help narrow down the problem quickly.
4) If you could, after my account is re-enabled, PM me a link to a specific page this happens on and we'll go sit on it for a while and see if we can recreate the problem.

As always, we'll get you sorted out!

I've received and responded to your PM's.

There was no picture attached above. I did just log in and reconnected my account without an error. I did try to reconnect it to the same one I was already using, but that shouldn't be a problem.

If you'd like to disable the Reconnect ability, you can also do so in the Login Module.
