Hello,

I installed JFBConnect in my website but user can't see the page where I enabled the JFBConnect Login module: the page is totally blank. If I disable the module the page return visible.

May be a compatibilty problem with Artio SEF?

I have also problem of setting with API Facebook : "Facebook API Error: SSL certificate problem, verify that the CA cert is OK. Details: error:14090086:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE:certificate verify failed"

Could you help me?

Thank you very much

For the first issue, it sounds like there's a PHP error on the page. If you could enable error reporting, and let us know what the error is, we'll help you get to the bottom of it. To enable error reporting, read the following entry:
www.sourcecoast.com/extensions/troublesh...ions#error_reporting

After you figure that out, the SSL problem is easy to fix. The solution (and reason) can be found in this post:
www.sourcecoast.com/forums/topic?id=1299&p=1#p4903

Let us know what you find. We'll get you set up!

Well, the errors your reporting above are from something other than our module. Our login module is called "JFBCLogin". What appears to be throwing the error above is "JFacebook Login Module". I know that can be confusing, but people name things similarly.

If you can, disable that other module (not sure if you need it or are using it) and then enable the JFBCLogin module. You should be good to go then, hopefully.

If not, let us know!

Just wanted to let you know we just released version 3.0.1. In the Facebook Configuration tab, there's now a setting to disable the SSL validation check instead of making a code change. We tested as best as we could, but don't have a system without the certificates on it, so would love your feedback on if this setting works as it should.

Thanks!

Ok, thank you.

But how can I make the update?
Do I have to disinstall my version?

Thanks
:)

Nope. If you're running 3.0.0, simply grab 3.0.1 and install it as if it were a new component. It will upgrade your installation automatically.

Thanks!
