When logging in using JFBConnect Facebook button, the FB login appears and accepts credentials, my site refreshes, but the user is not visibly logged into the site. If I do a manual refresh, login completes without further problem. I can also hit the FB login button again and the window flashes loading, does not require login, and refreshes site with correct user functions.

In short, the login requires that users either hit the FB login button twice or do a manual refresh to complete the site login.

I'm not sure what's up with that. It's on 2nd login only, it seems. Registration seems fine. There's a ton of javascript constantly updating things on your page, so it's possible that there's a conflict somewhere.. though I don't see any errors being thrown.

Would you mind PM'ing us some super admin credentials to your site so we can get in and test some things? You can PM us by hitting the arrow to the left and clicking the mail icon.

Thanks

Account is upgraded on your current credentials. I have a full backup and would appreciate anything you can, so have fun. I would appreciate if would let me know the details of any changes made so we can keep our change logs up to date. CB is a bit of a mess right now (just installed a bunch of stuff that needs to be configured), but this was happening before we made any changes (or added all of the components that are yet to be configured). Thanks for your assistance, love the component so far. Will post in JED when all is resolved.

You're all fixed up. Not sure what the issue was, but after the Facebook user returns from signing in, we redirect them to Facebook again with a 2nd set of optional permissions (for their profile). For some reason, this redirect was not occurring properly, but no Javascript errors or anything were being thrown. You have the profile information set to not required, so this extra step wasn't necessary.

In the process of doing this, we realized we over-engineered (or under-thought?) this process. We'll be making an update in a future release to fix this permanently, even if you have optional 2nd permissions. We're releasing 3.0.1 hopefully this weekend with some other bug-fixes. If we can wring this issue out, it will be included. If not, just message us if you upgrade and we can easily patch the change that we just did back in.

Let us know if this works for you (it did for us immediately). If not, or you run into anything else, you know where to find us!

So Awesome! Thanks for the help, works like a charm. I'm headed over to JED to leave my first review ever; 5 stars and worth it. Keep up the great support and upgrades and I'll keep coming back. Cheers.
