Solved: random error with Iexplorer8

I can't read the link in that image. Can you post it so we can take a look-see? That can happen for a few reasons:
1) Your application is actually blocked from Facebook (very rare). Unlikely also since you say it works sometimes
2) We're passing an invalid parameter during login (mistaken permission setting, etc). Again, unlikely because it works sometimes
3) Facebook is having a bad day/hour/minute. More common than you'd think.

Let us know the url, and we'll poke around. Not sure what we'll come up with, and keep testing on your own to see if it clears itself up.

The remap button allows your users to reconnect their Facebook account to a different Joomla user if they want. It can be disabled in the JFBCLogin module if you don't want to allow that.

Regarding your application, I think Facebook may have disabled your application, or it's not public in some way (in sandbox mode, perhaps?) If you go directly to the application page, it redirects you to the homepage of Facebook, which is obviously not correct. For testing purposes, I'd try creating another FB App and use that secret, API key and application ID in JFBConnect to see what happens. My guess is that it will work. You'd have to contact Facebook to understand why the old application doesn't work

Yes, I tried with IE, Firefox and Chrome. In all cases I got the error you showed above.

You can send the keys to me through PM if you'd like, but I think we'll get the same results.

Have you tried with multiple FB accounts? If you're trying to log in with the account that you created it with, I can imagine that that could get around some setting misconfigurations (like sandbox mode being enabled).

I just tested again in FF and Chrome and it still says unavailable or restricted.
