Topic-icon JFBCComments module works in Firefox and chrome but not in explorer

Hello,
I've just installed JFBConnect and JFBCComments.

I've aded JFBCComments to the home page ( homehotel3.zone1global.com/ ) to test it and it works in Firefox and chrome but not in explorer.
I get no page errors so I don't know what is the problem.

Please help, it'e urgent.

We've had a few reports of strange issues in IE like this. Can you try a few things, and depending on the results, we'd like to access your Joomla admin area to try to make a minor modification to our component which we're planning to release in an upcoming version.

If you could try the following and report your results in IE, that'd be great:
  • Disabling the JFBCLogin module - Does the comment box show up?
  • Swap the module positions of the Login and Comment box - Does the comment box now show top right, and does the login box show at the bottom of the page

Thank you for the quick reply.

When I disabled the JFBCLogin module the comment box didn't show up in explorer and it also didn't show up anymore in Firefox and chrome.

I can't swap the module positions of the Login and Comment box because I don't have positions for the Comment box, I've added the code \{JFBCcomments}\ in the specific php file I wan't to have it show up in.

To test things out I've added the comment box to baner1 position and had the same problem.
Then I swaped the module positions of the Login and Comment box and the comment box now show top right, and the login box show at the baner1 position

When I moved JFBCComments to baner1 position and kept JFBCLogin in baner1 position the comment box showed up.
When I moved the JFBCLogin back to top right the comment box stoped showing up

Yup, that's strange, but I think we might have a solution. Could you send us a super admin login to your site so we can test it out? You can Private Message us by clicking the arrow under my name to the left and clicking the Mail icon.

Thanks for the PM with your site information. I logged in and did what I needed to do, but did not re-enable the Comments (wasn't exactly sure where you put that code).

If you could please enable it and let us know what happens, we'd appreciate it.

I would love to take credit for it, but I don't think we did anything on your site. It could easily have been a temporary bug in Facebook's javascript library. They update them frequently, and sometimes issues crop up.
