Alright. Not sure what's happening, but we'll throw out some ideas.
1) Please make sure you are using JFBConnect 3.0. The social modules do not work with 2.x
2) Please make sure you've installed, and enabled, the JFBCSocial system plugin. This plugin is actually what displays the like and share buttons. The modules just make it much easier to place them.
3) If the module doesn't work, try typing {JFBCLike} or {JFBCShare} in your module or a blog post and see if they show. If so, then maybe there's something wrong with the modules, and we can investigate further.
Finally, are there any errors, or anything else you can tell us about that would help us diagnose the problem?
Thanks!
