It sounds like a permissions issue.

If you go to "Help->System Info" and then the "Directory Permissions" tab, verify that the "plugins" directory is writable. On the server, also make sure that the /plugins/authentication directory has the same permissions.

If that doesn't work, you can configure the Joomla installer to use FTP. Go to "Site->Global Configuration". In the server area, enable FTP and set your user credentials. Then, in the Install/Uninstall area, there will be an option to install through FTP. That should help you get around the permission issues, but it's not guaranteed.

Ok thanks. I write plugins/authentication chmod 777. Now I install this plugins and publish it.
When I login from facebook it will be ok. But dont import from facebook into jomsocial photo. In the joomla user, yes but into jomsocial user no.

Thank you for the information.

I've done the following:
* Disabled the JFBCSocial plugin as that's only compatible with JFBConnect 3.0
* Disabled JomSocial's Facebook Connect features
* I uninstalled the JFBCUser plugin because you had the 3.0 version installed.

I was unable to install the JFBCUser v2.6.0 plugin. Please manually install that and you should be good to go.

It's our job :) Thank you for subscribing. If you run into any other issues, just let us know.

Please do remember to secure your directories again (do not leave them chmod 777!)
