As for your questions:
Affiliate ID - No. Leave it blank. This only is used if you set the "Show Powered By Link" to enabled. The affiliate program lets you earn money from people that click links to our site. You can learn more about the affiliate program here:

For the error you have, please download the "JFBCSocial System Plugin", install it and enable it. That should properly display the Share button. The JFBC Social plugin can be found in the download area with the filename:
plg_system_jfbcsocial_j1.5_v3.xxx.tar.gz (xxx is the version number)
