Server error 500 white screen

Yes, you should be using the JFBCLogin 3.x module with the 3.x component. It's actually installed when you install the component, so if you later installed the 2.x one, you would have overwritten it.

You can find the 3.x Login module in the component zip file in the /admin/packages directory. Please install that and try again.

We removed the 3.x (and now the 2.x) login module from the downloads area since it's already included in the component zip. Frankly, the download area was/is getting to cumbersome, so we wanted to pare down unnecessary files. Didn't think about the confusion that leaving the 2.x login module in there without the 3.x version would cause.
