disconnect account from FB

There is no way for the end-user to do this right now, and we've never actually had the request. If you set it up with "Create New Users" set to "Yes", they'll have a Joomla account they can use without ever using their Facebook credentials. This is something we can investigate more if required, but like I said, it's never been asked. If you could explain more how you'd like it to work (and possibly even why), that'd be very helpful.
