That page doesn't have it's own stylesheet, it's designed in such a way that it should inherit styles from your template. So if the background and text are black, that's being set by your current template, and is probably causing issues in other areas. Do other components have this issue, or just this one page?
If you want to change the text itself, that can be found in the en-GB.com_jfbconnect.ini file.
