Sorry for the delayed response. You should be able to see any text-type, date, or URL fields in the Profiles area of JLinked to map Facebook fields to JomSocial. There have been updates to the mapping for the 1.2 release (which came out about 2 weeks ago), but optional and required fields should be importable in JLinked v1.1 as well.

If you're not able to 'map' those fields, let me know what type of field they are, and we can help further. Things like radio and select buttons will not work, since there's no guarantee that Facebook will return one of the available options.
