There's a few options. I'm not familiar with the Magazine extension though. If it loads standard Joomla Content plugins, our social buttons will likely be enabled on all your articles by automatically. If not, it's usually a pretty easy effort to add our easy tags {JFBCLike} {SCGooglePlus} etc to the component template, which will then work on all your items.

The authentication, Facebook Page support, Requests, and all the other features of JFBConnect should work without issue.
