If you're seeing that page, it means that you've likely set the "Enable Automatic Registration" setting to "No". When disabled, the user will have to go through a short registration process to fill out any details you want.

If you have automatic registration configured, let me know, and we can help investigate further.

Thanks,
Alex

hi,

both options are bad. I need a way not to auto forward the user to any page.

Thanks

What are your settings for:
1) Enable Automatic Registration
2) New User Redirection

If you don't want the user to go through a registration form, you should set #1 to "Yes" and #2 to "Same Page" or any specific menu item you want new users to be redirected to.

I hope that helps explain, but if not, let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

If you want the user to be automatically registered, please set the "Enable Automatic Registration" setting to "Yes".

I hope that helps, but if you need more help, please let us know specifically what you are trying to do, and we'll help however we can.

Thanks,
Alex

I don't understand what you mean by that statement. When do you want to auto-forward them? After they register on the site? If so, the settings above I mentioned should do what you're looking for.

Can you please give me the steps you want a user to take and what you expect JFBConnect to do? Once we understand more about how, when, and where the user should be 'auto-forwarded' to, we should be able to help you more.

Thanks,
Alex

hi,

you probably missed the NOT part.

I don`t want the users to be automatically forwarded to any page, including the registration page or to the social login application.

Tnx

I'm still a little confused as to what you're looking for.

When the user clicks any of the social network login buttons, they will *have* to authenticate with those networks. That requires redirecting them to the social network to verify their credentials. Some social networks, like Facebook, can automatically redirect them back to your site if they are already logged into Facebook and have previously used Facebook to login to your site. Other networks may still show an approval prompt to verify the user wants to login.

With the Automatic Registration feature enabled and the User Redirection settings as "Same Page", the user should be brought back to the same page they were on before they tried to authenticate. They should not be redirected to a different page.

I hope that helps explain. If not, again, please let me know specifically how you are testing (what you are doing), what you expect and what is actually happening.

Thanks,
Alex
