There's a few reasons that can be happening that are usually pretty easy to diagnose and fix. First off though, you're using a version that's almost a year old. We'd definitely recommend upgrading. If you'd prefer not to, that's not a problem though, we can still help.

Can you let me know the URL of your site? Also, please post from the account you subscribed from. Priority support is for subscribers only.

Again, please post from the account you subscribed from if you'd like support. We run a business, and subscriptions are how we are able to provide support, keep adding features and fix issues when they arise.

Additionally, if you're using 3.1.2, that version is over 6 months old now, and we'd simply recommend you upgrade to a newer version which may fix your problem immediately.

This was never a common issue in any of our releases. It's likely a configuration or extension conflict with your site. While each new version fixes these types of problems, there's no guarantee that any version will automatically do it. Additionally, since you don't have a subscription, I don't know where you'd be getting any version of JFBConnect from, which means it's not official, which means it may be modified in multiple ways which we can't and won't support.
