What is your refund policy?
We want you to be happy. If you're not fully satisfied with your extension purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. No hassles.
In addition, all of our subscriptions are non-recurring. If you're not satisfied after the refund period has expired, you will not be automatically re-enrolled. If you do want to continue your subscription, you decide when. Not us.
What am I buying when I become a subscriber to an extension or bundle?A subscription entitles you to the following features for the duration of your subscription (6 or 12 months):
Finally, your subscription helps to ensure further development and allows us to continue innovating great new ideas and extensions. We thank you for your support!
Under what license are the extensions here released under? All SourceCoast extensions are released under the GPL license.
Can I modify your extensions? Are they encrypted in any way?Our extensions are not encrypted in any way. You are free to modify them in any way you wish, though we always recommend using our support forums for help with modifications. This helps to ensure that future updates will work seemlessly with any changes you make. Better yet, we may integrate your feature requests into a future release!
Can I use the extensions I'm subscribed to on more than one domain?Yes. A subscription allows you to use your subscription on all domains you own. If you are a developer, we ask that you purchase a subscription for each client. You may use that client's subscription on all of that client's domains. If you need an invoice for each subscription, feel free to Contact Us.
What are my rights after my subscripton expires? You are free to use any extensions you downloaded while your subscription was active for as long as you wish. After your subscription expires, you will lose access to future updates until you renew your subscription. Additionally, you will loose access to automatic updates or automatic configuration (AutoTune), for those extensions that support those features. |
