SourceCoast is a small team that's looking to grow. With a focus on social extensions for the Joomla CMS, you should be interested in Joomla, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and/or Google+. If you're not, you're probably not going to like it here.

Support Staff

We pride ourselves on our support. Running a forum for support often gets criticized as 'not great for support', but once a user tries our extensions out, they realize that we go above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly. We're looking for personable people to help our users out with issues regarding our extensions, and many times Joomla in general.

Job Type: Part Time/Flexible. 20-50 hours per month

Requirements:

• Fluent in the English language
• Patience and a helpful attitude
• General Joomla setup and configuration knowledge
• HTML/CSS development/debug skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Fluency in other languages - German, Hebrew, French highly desired
• PHP knowledge
• MySQL knowledge
• JFBConnect/JLinked experience
• Experience with the Trac bug managment system
